1. Diagnostic Fee: A fixed diagnostic inspection fee of ₹199 applies when our technician visits your premises and identifies the fault. If the client approves the estimated repair quotation, the diagnostic fee is typically adjusted or absorbed into the total service invoice.
2. Service Estimates: Technicians provide written/digital estimates prior to replacing major components (such as compressors, inverter PCBs, magnetrons, or fan motors). Work commences only after verbal or WhatsApp consent from the client.
3. Parts Warranty Coverage: Our 30-to-90 day warranty covers specifically the exact component replaced and documented on the digital service invoice. It does not cover external accidental damage, physical water ingress, electrical surge/fluctuation damage, or tampering by unauthorized third parties after repair completion.
4. Payment Terms: Payments are due upon successful demonstration of appliance functionality. Acceptable payment modes include UPI, online payment links, and cash.
